Help Install Stock ROM

I have a Galaxy J7 and I installed a custom ROM by TWRP and wanted to go back to the original ROM but I already tried to delete the custom ROM and install the original by Odin and I could not, and also tried to install over the custom ROM and also not I got it. Could it be that I had to install the Stock ROM by TWRP with everything working. If yes where can I find to install the .zip file by TWRP?

Stock firmware is flashed via Odin.
