Installation aborted?

I'm trying to install Android 4 on a Slumvision Cyclone Nano Plus box.
The box keeps returning an error. Can anyone help me with the error below please.
Key info is that the box currently has Linux loaded. Do I have to "Wipe data/factory reset" before loading Android. I purposely haven't done this because I'd rather have a box that does something rather than nothing at present.

There are pictures on the Slumvision site that show the 1GB model having 'M3' at the end of the serial number, where the 512 MB version has just numbers at the end.

Since I tried to upload the Android fw, I've come across something on the internet that states that if the serial number ends with a 'G', it is also a 1GB version; could this be correct?

It may explain why the box aborts the installation, because the fw version I'm trying to upload is for a 512 MB model, as my box has no M3 at the end of the number.
