Help installation issue

When I download an app from intenet (not from google play) ..I cant install the app.when I try to install..the install button doesnot respond or work..please help
 
In the device's settings>security is "allow installation from unknown sources" ticked? It needs to be. (Sometimes OTA updates can change these settings)

The download is likely corrupted.

And if you're not getting apps from a trusted source - the Play Store, Amazon, Getjar, directly from developer sites - then you're opening yourself up to the number one malware infection vector on Android.
