Help Installed OctOS OCT-M, some apps cause system to crash

So like in the title, I have OctOS on my S3 SPH-L710T. Some apps that I install will cause my launcher (Anole) to crash. This time I installed Spotify. The only way I can uninstall it is to use TWRP. I know somebody will say that an app can't do that. Well here's my answer to that: These are legit Google Play Store apps. They don't have root access, so they can't do much more than that. What can I do to fix this other than installing stock firmware (yuck!)?

There are other custom ROMs for the S3 you could try, like Lineage OS.
I have looked at LineageOS, but it seems that they don't have a version for d2refreshspr. I really don't use the cellular connection on the phone, it's basically WiFi only. Would it be acceptable to install a d2spr build?
