Installing Andriod

Hi,

I'm running a umpc that's using windows CE. I want to convert it to andriod.

1) on the umpc i have already wiped out ce ( its as good as a portable hard disk now)

2) i have a few gigs of sd card space.

Ok with the above now... i have no os on it. Its connected to my windows pc and is detected as a hard disk so like

3) where do i find an andriod installer (searching everywhere but can't find one)

4) and if i find one how do install it.. (its one of those umpc with no cd drive) :)
 
Chances of finding a way to do it are very, very small. Unless someone's already done it, you'd need to write most of the drivers from scratch, then build them in to a custom version of Android. Not an easy task
 
No, it doesn't work like that. Unless someone has made a version specifically for your device, you won't be able to use it. If you know how to go about building drivers, you might have a shot, but otherwise it's a massive task to port an OS.
