Help Installing android stock browser?

I use chrome as my main browser and browser as my facebook viewer. I only do facebook in it so that it has no access to cookies or anything else i might want to view. Seeing as the OPO does not come with browser installed and it is not available via the play store, is there a way to load this onto my One?

If you're rooted,this will work:

Got it on mine & have since disabled CHROME.

For the SENSE/BLINKFEED fans,there's this (ROOT also required):

Now I'm running BLINKFEED on the 1+1 & OPPO FIND 7.
I created a shortcut to BLINKFEED w/HOLO LAUNCHER HD,but,you can do the same w/APEX/NOVA.
The best of both worlds:A clean AOSP'ish look & all the customizations that HOLO/NOVA/APEX have to offer w/BLINKFEED a click/swipe away & back.

My apologies if you're looking for a non-root method.
I've tried several different things along the way through several phones & haven't come across a non-root method.
