Help Installing APK

Ok, I'm trying to install an APK and the install button is not working. The cancel button is working... I have unknown sources on and I don't have a screen filtering app on or even installed. I can install any other apks... I can't install APK that require the permission "Modify or delete the contents of the SD card... Help?

This might sound silly, but try pushing the recent apps button, then switch back to the installer.

I had this same issue and doing that make the install button work.
