Installing CynogenMod 7.1 and downgrade

I want to install cynogenMod on my galaxy mini (Pop) and it is new and i am also kind of new in this case .
So if there anyone who already has done this work , can please give me any instruction ???
Step by step guide and in the case of some problem , please can anybody suggest me how to downgrade from 2.3 to 2.2 with original frimware for the customer service to accept my phone to repair........

About downgrading. Download a Froyo firmware from samfirmware.com. And flash it through ODIN
