Help installing different stock rom

Hello everyone.

I want to ask some question. Is that possible to flashing another stock rom to another phone? For example samsung galaxy's stock to rom to be installed on htc one. If it's possible, what i need to watch? I mean kernel, etc.

The good news is that the stock flashing tools wouldn't work with a different manufacturer's phone

To do anything more than that you need a custom recovery. But then you still need a ROM that's built for your phone: if you try installing one that was built for a different phone (even a different phone from the same manufacturer) then the best that could happen is that it wouldn't work until you flashed the correct ROM.
