Installing Windows CE on Android 2.2

I'm having A81E Android 2.2 MID Tablet (800Mhz ARM A8 Cortex Processor) :: PC and on some versions it has got dual boot and supports Windows CE

Can anyone know if I can install Windows CE on my device ?
