Instant run error

"Instant run detected that you are running on a target device that has a work profile or multiple user accounts. Launching the app under a work profile or another user account on the target device will result in a crash."

This is error that i am getting whenever i run my app on my xiaomi redmi 4 through android studio.
The app is installed on my phone but when i run it, it gets crash and nothing opens.

Please help me and solve this problem.

I didnt get you..
And one more thing, this crashing is occuring with few apps and not all of them but the instant run error appears in all apps.

Yes I advise you check the apps if you run anything in RUn disbale it and try again see if it works it might be a general error the instant run means nothing I get it to but mine works fine
