Where can I find instructions on how to set up and use my Samsung Galaxy tablet 10.1?

On the Samsung website I can find the instructions there BUT there are not very helpful about lots of things. I need more details.

Most of Android is fairly intuitive, I've never looked at a manual for the three phones and two tablets we have in the house. Whatever you can't figure out, you can either google for the answer, or ask here.
