Help insufficient space

ZTE 990g SD has 14.69 avail and Internal has 16.64 available. Get insufficient space when trying to load small 4mb apps. HELP!

As far as I can find, your phone has 512Mb of internal memory. The amount left on the sd card (removable) will not help your ability to download because the download has to go to internal storage first. If your internal remaining is 16.64Mb then it wont download anything bigger than about 1.6Mb

You can uninstall some seldom used apps, delete large music/video files. Use some phone managers, like Clean Master, Cleaner, to clean junk files. to free up space.
