Help Insufficient Storage

[Storage Space]

I have an LG MS659. The available space is 482 MB, yet when I try to download an app that's just 3.5 MB It will only download about 2.5 MB before telling me that there is no space available. I cleared off nearly 200 MB just to install 3.5 MB, and it just won't work. And I do have a cache cleaner app, so I don't think that is the problem. Any suggestions/help?
