Help Insufficient Storage

Hi, I just bought a new Kingston 8GB MicroSD, literally just put it on the phone. I tried to download a 717MB app and it said there is insufficient storage in external memory.
I'm pretty sure 717MB doesn't use up ALL 8GB of my new SD.
Also why can't I move my games/apps to my SD? Where's that button?
It's my first time using an Android and I was really hoping it won't disappoint.

Wasted money on that. Says the manufacturer is Phison Electronics Corp., not Kingston..

Bummer.

Phison is definitely a legit company but someone has used their stuff to cobble together what you got.

Hope you get your money back - if not, it's a life lesson I guess.

Sucks either way but there it is.
