INT.D support for ANY rom

init.d is pretty outdated and mostly unused at this time but su.d has taken over to do same thing quite well (FYI). I haven't used init.d since like KK/LP..

So basically you are saying that this will improve the performance of anyone running a rooted phone with a 7-year-old OS?

@SPEEDEVS , while we appreciate your enthusiasm and desire to help, you simply can't make broad sweeping statements that these mods work on most devices when you've only ever tested them on a few. It could cause serious problems for people without a lot of experience.

Honestly, no one should be making modifications to their OS unless they know EXACTLY what it does and what it contains.
