Integration with desktop

Is there a way to have the level of integration as iPhone with MacOS? (copying, passwords, etc)?

I would love to have it with Ubuntu linux.

It will be difficult to match the seamless integration between iOS/MacOS. Apple has complete control over the development process for both hardware and software so making things compatible is a smoother endeavor. With Android, there are multiple players involved in that same process, with Google, several phone manufacturers, and countless carriers all trying to work with each other while still screwing each other over.
You might want to look into 'KDE Connect'. I've used it before and it works well (although personally I just don't want to integrate my desktop with my phone that much so I just don't need a lot of its feature-set, preferring to use platform-neutral, browser-based AirDroid for file transfers and such).

But if you're running Ubuntu you might want to look into 'MConnect', that's based on KDE Connect but for Gnome Shell:

You can try Pushbullet too. I'm not sure if it's available for Ubuntu (although I'd be surprised if it isn't), but it has a lot of syncing options like accessing files, notifications, and if you pay for the pro version, you can also get the universal clipboard (that is, the copy paste feature you wanted)!

I know how to achieve a certain level of integration with Windows (passwords for example and notifications), but not Ubuntu. Sorry. The software I use to do that doesn't seem to have Ubuntu versions.

I don't think that's what was being asked.

You can sync browser settings cross-platform for several browsers, but you can't have OS-level integration because the OS's are from different companies. So you are left with cross-platform apps, which can do such things but only within the app.

Mind you I personally regard such OS-level asa "lock in" (a barrier to buying other manufacturers' products), so as a matter of principle don't use vendor-specifc systems whether the vendor is Apple, Samsung or anyone else (I take the same attitude to vendor-specifc payment systems).
