Ibrahim, who had for months appeared daily in televised news conferences because the beginning of the rebellion six months ago, said he himself was in an undisclosed location in Libya and loyally at the move."all the leader's family are fine," Ibrahim said, adding that topmilitary and political aides remained with Gaddafi.He said Gaddafi used to be able to proceedingresistance for "weeks, months and years".Ibrahim claimed Gaddafi's forces controlled a "significant portion" of the capital - a claim that contradicts what reporters are seeing at the bottom - and other cities and citys. He also accused NATO of besieging Gaddafi strongholds this type ofs Sirte.
