I would like see if it's possible to create an app that can intercept phone calls to my phone. I want the app (assuming this doesn't already exist) to intercept incoming calls and send out a message like: "Dial 8 to continue". If no 8 is pressed, then the app disconnects the call, otherwise it lets it continue to the phone.
Is this possible? I can code with Xamarin (C#), if that helps.
