Internal / Headphone Speaker deterioration after Lollipop Upgrade

Hiya everyone
Since I upgraded my Z3 to Lollipop I can barely hear when making a phone call (speaker is SO low) and music through the headphone is out of the question. So quiet.
I've had other app-related issues but the volume is my biggest issue. That, and the fact the phone heats up to a burning temperature randomly. And after restarting it, unless I leave it alone for like 30 seconds or something, it crashes and becomes totally unresponsive. It sucks

Hello abbieb. Welcome to Android Forums. I'm sorry you are having problems with your Z3 post Lollipop upgrade. Often, following a major upgrade, a phone will show signs of conflicts and problems. The sure fix for such problems is a factory reset. There might be a less painful fix. I invite you to visit the forum we have just for your Z3.
