I have a Galaxy Note GT-N7000, the original
Android 4.1.2
When I click Camera it says
"Turn off USB storage before using camera"
When I click Gallery it says
"Not enough space. Delete unnecessary items, such as downloaded software, pictures, videos, and documents"
When I look at Settings->Storage I see
Device memory
> Total space 1.97GB
>Applications 1.28GB
>Available space 296MB
USB Storage
>Nothing here
SD card
>says to put in card
and if I put in sd card then it says
USB Storage
>Applications 476MB
SD card
>Total space 29.23GB
>Available space 28.69GB
When I connect to PC and run Samsung Kies app, updated to latest version. it says
Phone firmware is at latest version
The Internal storage says 0/0 bytes
When I click on Photos button in Kies the circle just spins forever trying to find some photos on phone.
Took SD card out, put it into PC... it doesnt get recognized/nothing happens.
Please advise. Thanks!
