Internal Memory file system

Now is it just my Prime or are all Primes internal file system a bit weird! I have noticed that the file system is setup as:

/sdcard/

Thus all files/apps/games are installed within that folder. Not a big thing, but I have noticed it screws some apps up such as ES File Explorer as it assumes it is reading an external card so when I plug the microSD card in ES just cannot seem to display it. (least i cannot figure out how to get it to see the SD card!)

Also Titanium Backup sees the internal memory as internal and external memory. As it goes, do you actually need Titanium backup on the Prime as it has its own backup software?

In ES File Explorer, go to Settings and check the box under "Path Settings" that says "Up to Root", that allows you to use back button to go to "/". From there, mountable drives (SD & USB) show up in the "/Removable" folder
