Did you make a Nandroid backup before formating /emmc from recovery? If you do have a Nandroid backup then you should be able to restore from that and the phone should be EXACTLY as it was at the point the Nandroid was taken, complete with whatever was in /emmc.

No, unfortunately no :(

The picture saying there's no external memory makes me think the phone is not reading the SD card properly?Look to that.Remember that some programs are loaded to the SD card and or need it to store data even if the main app/program is installed internally and may not run properly if there's a reading fault.

If it happened to me,one of things I would do is backup my SD card contents to my PC(Which I do anyway) and then I would re-format the SD card how I wanted as a refresh.I use the Free and superb EaseUS Partition manger for these jobs,

Free Partition Magic alternative & Partition Manager Software for Windows PC and Server - EaseUS.

it may also require you to un-install and re-install the apps that are causing problems and then a full reboot of the phone once re-installed.
