Help Internal microphone dead CAT S60

Like in subject,but when I use loud speaker option during calls I can speak .
No warranty on device .
So do I need open it to replace dead one ?

Ditto. Looking for answers myself. A little while ago I had an issue where my speaker phone speaker wasn't working so I may be doing a factory reset later just in case.

I had issue with earpiece speaker ,when i was awaiting for earpiece speaker replacement part time to time i used to run "Speaker dry" app and the speaker worked for day or two , silly workaround but maybe it also helps with microphone.
But you definitely need to lookup for replacement part if possible.
