Internal proof of delivery app.

My store receives 20 to 30 Fedex envelopes a day. Currently we write down the tracking #s on a form and allow the person we deliver it to to sign for the envelope. This is of course after we sign for the envelopes from FedEx. I am looking for an app that would allow us to scan the tracking # barcode and allowthe individual to "sign my phone" as proof of internal delivery. Is there anything out there?

I just did a little searching -- only a couple minutes and didn't see anything that would do this -- but I could have missed it.. Anyone else?
