Root [International] apps installing automatically after flashing

Hi I notice that whenever I flash a rom for example the Omega Roms, after when the phone is rebooted, the phone just automatically downloads all my Apps for me from the playstore. FYI, I always do a full wipe. Is this normal?

After wiping your phone on the first boot you get the option to backup and restore from Google. If you leave restore ticked it will automatically download your apps from the play store. If you don't want it to just untick restore.

Hmmmm..u mean after performing the wipes, and before going to install zip from internal sd card?

After doing the wipes and installing the zip, when you first reboot you will be presented with the initial set up of your phone. It is during this that you can untick restore data from Google's servers, or something like that.

yes basically its an option on the initial set up wizard.

Haha..ok thanks guys..I have flashed twice already and don't remember seeing such option...after I check the custom install and choose what I want to install and click on "next" the phone asks if I want to reboot....I will check next time I flash..thanks again

No, its part of the standard set up when you first buy the phone. Or whenever you factory reset it. Not really anything to do with flashing.

Its when you sign into Google avf set the time etc
