Hi I am in the UK. I want to make calls to Italy so am looking for a VOIP solution. I am using an android phone but the person I am calling just has a standard mobile. Most of the voip apps that i have seen require their app to be installed on the other phone as well. So i am looking for an app that I can use to make international calls to a standard mobile (Nokia 3510i).

and Easycallback will be around 7p/min to an Italian mobile, and does not need wifi. the process is easy, quick, and seamless.
All the wifi VOIP apps are free to others with the same app (when they are online and active) but cost to call ordinary phones. Usually about 2p/min landlines, 12-18p mobiles.
Skype also works on 3g, but much better quality on wifi.
