I live in the U.S., and all my contacts are stored in the Contacts app in the following format: xxx-xxx-xxxx
(three digit US area code plus 7 digit phone number. I will be traveling in Mexico shortly, and will be using the Note4 there. As I understand it, calls to the US should follow the format +1xxx-xxx-xxxx.
What is the easiest way to call a U.S. number stored in Contacts while in a foreign country that requires the +1 prefix?
Should I change Phone > Settings > Call > Additional settings > Auto area code and enter +1 there?
