Root [International] Does anyone have this issue with PA 3.15?

Yes, something pretty similar. Not too bothered as, like you, I do get a good GPS fix. As this can't happen with 0 satellites in view I'm assuming the issue is to do with displaying the satellite info rather than with GPS itself.

Every app I need to use GPS with (Maps, Maps with Me and Runkeeper) all work fine on PA 3.15, so I'm happy to stick with it.
