Root [International] How to get other country's OTA?

Here's the situation: I live in Israel and because carriers here we very slow on launching 4.3 for the s3 I decided to do "something" in my phone so that I started received OTA updates from the UK, and that's how I upgraded to 4.3. I basically made it so the phone thought that it's in the UK instead of Israel.

Now I wanna return it to how it was (being able to get OTA updates from Israel) but I completely forgot how to do it.

Can someone help?
