So, I've got a 32GB SDcard, and 11GB of internal memory (8 of which, I've used) I know that on this phone, Samsung have made it so you can't just simply press move to SD. I've had a look around and found Link2SD, but this messed up my phone and made it so I couldn't download anything from Google Play (also, it couldn't even move anything to my extSD, so kind of pointless) is there any method I can use to put apps on my 29GB of free space, rather then putting them on my dwindling < 3GB of internal storage? Thanks to people who answer.

Ok so to clarify, its not the app (apk in /data/app) that you want to move (which is what move to sd or link2sd move). Its actually the app data in /sdcard/android/data you really want to move.
I use a tool called "directory bind" which I can't easily link to from my spare blackberry. Its not on play, but its on the xda forum. Ill get a link shortly.

Will this move things like "Navigon"?
As the stored maps are 800mb I'd like to move those to my 32gig ext SD.
