Root [International] Omega v38 on GS3 - S Planner Widget?

I've just reformatted my phone and reinstalled Omega v38. I have S Planner app but for some reason I don't have the 4x4 widget (I think because I chose to remove 'bloatware' upon install).

This is a must have for work - how do I get this widget?
