Root [International] S3 high screen usage draining battery.

Hi guys I have a Samsung S3 intl. Rooted. The thing is 100%batt lasts me only a few minutes, next to nothing it's back to 80% in a matter of hours. Checks on battery usage says it's the screen usage up to 49%. Even when the phones screen is off. Anybody going thru this? Please help.

I go through the same problem. When my battery started acting up like this I rebooted, reset factory and got a wakelock detector and at last got a new battery. Try to see if any of these methods work for you. They didn't work for me :/ my battery still drains bt its better than before.

Hi did exactly what you've done but no joy. It's weird can't really figure what's goin on. Anyways thanks for the info, just have to keep on lookin for a solution I guess. Thanks
