i just thought i post this so it'll be easier to track and see info for ppl like me that regulars this forum.
This has been discussed and posted many times, but for first timer Android user it'll be something very good to know/use!
"Better" Battery Life - Reset Battery Stats
There are many forum and thread details this process.
So i'll just link one that i found adequate.
Ubiquitense | Wipe battery stats - get 30% more battery life
Here are the steps in open view:
Prerequisite: phone unlocked, rooted, ClockWorkRecovery.
1. Charge your phone fully to 100%
2. Reboot to ClockworkMod, go to advanced, "wipe battery stats".
3. Use your phone till it dies (screen goes blank, ignore the battery percentages and low battery warning)
4. Charge your phone again till 100%
5. From now on just try to make sure you charge your phone before it reaches 30%, and you'll be fine with an increased batter performance for few weeks/months.
Thread guy said he does it every fortnight, but i recon only when you feel your battery is not working as efficiently and is effecting your usage then your do this again.
