Root [International Tegra 3] error : devie not found

i rooted and flashed CM 10.1 IN my htc one x using hasoon's toolkit.. i have twrp 2.4.1.0 as recovery.. now when i try flashing a new rom.. for any command i give in the toolkit.. i get the message..
" error. device not found "... i am usin the same lap which i used for rooting.. pls help...

Make sure you're using exactly the same cable. (Some cables are 2-wire - charging only, no data.)

Make sure the cable is plugged into exactly the same USB port on the laptop - one of your ports could be flaky. And don't use a USB hub for the phone connection - that's been known to cause a lot of problems.

i checked everything.. no change. another thing i noted is... when i connect in a new lap my fone gets connected atleast in usb storage mode. once i extract hasoons toolkit into the c drive and install htc drivers , it doesn't get connected in usb storage mode also. this happened in 3 different laps.
