Root [International Tegra 3] GPRS keeps on disconnecting

GPRS keeps on disconnecing and connecting by its own after about half a minute. The notification on notification bar for mobile data disapears on disconnection and again starts appearing when it connects. However, in "Settings" it always shows that the mobile is connected to mobile data. Anybody help please!
 
Signal strength seems like the issue. When you change locations it should stop. Otherwise you could have a hardware problem or something is interfering with your reception and again changing location will be helpful.
 
It was purely on the part of network provider. I lodged many complaints and had it resolved after a quite a struggle
