Root [International Tegra 3] Help Unlocking bootloader

I need some help unlocking the boot loader on the HTC One X. I tried following the HTC Dev and another forum but it took to long when i try to do the command prompt fastboot oem get_identifier_token so I don't know if i am doing it right or wrong, please help D:

What error message are you getting when you enter that command? Are you definitely in the fastboot folder when you type that command?

Yes, I am in FASTBOOT USB and its not an error message it just says <waiting for device> forever and won't do anything else.

Do you have the S4, or the Tegra 3 version? If S4, which network? If AT&T, you can't unlock via htcdev, there are special tools on XDA to help you.
