Root [International Tegra 3] Phone keeps rebooting when launching certain apps after root

I rooted my phone using the method below

ever since then when I launch Angry Birds or search a video on youtube the phone freezes for a few seconds and then reboots.

I have done a factory reset and still have the same issue also when I try and boot in to recovery mode I just get a red ! mark and the phone freezes until I hold the power button down and then it will boot back up.

any idea's what I have done wrong.

Did you just root or are you on a custom ROM?

I just rooted, I can't get into the recovery to reflash a new rom.

If your bootloader is still unlocked, I'd try flashing a recovery again, backup, then go for a custom ROM. That procedure doesn't mention anywhere that you need to unlock your bootloader, did you do that first?

Failing that, you could run an RUU which would take your phone back to it's original, out of the box state (wiping everything), then start the process again, but unlocking your bootloader via htcdev first.
