Root [International Tegra 3] Stuck trying to root - please help

Hi,
I was following a guide trying to root my One X. I think I nearly got there, but now i'm a bit stuck.

I put clockworkmod on it. When I boot holding down the power key, and then go into "recovery", it goes to the clockworkmod menu.

I then downloaded cm-10.2-20130920-NIGHTLY-endeavoru.zip from CyanogenMod Downloads. I mounted the device and put the zip on the sd card. I then selected to install from zip, selected it and it said it installed ok.
When I reboot the device, I just get a white "HTC Quietly Brilliant" screen, and nothing else.

Any ideas what is wrong here? I can get back in to that clockworkmod screen by holding down the volume down and powering it up.

You need to manually flash the boot.img using fastboot before first boot, did you do that?

I didn't, no. Do I need to find one specific to the ROM I put on or any old one?
If you can give me some direction on exactly how to do that / where to get the files I would really appreciate it. The guide seems to have missed it out.

If you take a look at the zip file you flashed and open it on your PC, there should be a file in there called boot.img.

I know I've written instructions on what to do before, give me a second to find it.
