Root [International] Titanium issue - PLEASE HELP?

Hi there,

I'm hoping all of this will make sense..

I fired up Titanium last night to restore an app I'd frozen. As I opened the app, it came up with a popup that said something about my Android account being registered to a different device. It gave me the option of keeping my current ID or switching to the previous one (which it recommended). I followed the recommendation and it did what it needed to do.

All seemed OK until this morning and I realised that I can now no longer open any of my paid for apps or games. I just get some kind of pop up saying "You are not authorised to use this app on this Android device."

I've had a quick look through the settings but there are so many, I don't know what to do.

Does anybody have any idea what I'm talking about and, if so, how I can just revert to how it was before?

Thanks

Try opening titanium, press menu, preferences and scroll down to android market settings and press account for android market. Hopefully it will let you select the gmail account the purchases were made on.

Hi,

I've tried that but it's the same account.

It wasn't relating to a different gmail account but like an ID number or something..

If you have a nandroid you could try restoring your android id. Menu, manage android id, restore android id from backup.

Indeed I do - before I try that, can I just check. That won't restore my entire phone to a previous nandroid backup will it? (Not backed up in a few weeks and don't want to lose stuff on there)

Thanks

Yes it will, but surely you can back up some other stuff with titanium etc and restore that after the nandroid restore?

What do you not want to lose?

I've never tried the feature but i thought it only restored the id for the sake of not having to reregister your phone for some apps after changing Rom. I guess I was wrong there.
