International Version LTE Bands and Root

Hello!
I currently have an AT&T Galaxy Note 3 that I am using with Straight Talk. I have the phone rooted with some customizations made and I get great LTE on AT&T's network through Straight Talk.

My first question is, have the specs for the international LTE versions of the Note 4 been released with the supported LTE frequency bands? I would much rather buy the international version if it has the proper LTE frequencies and avoid the AT&T bloatware, especially CarrierIQ.

My second question is, how long do you think it will take for the international and AT&T versions of the Galaxy Note 4 to be rooted? If I am not mistaken, didn't it take quite a while before the AT&T version of the Galaxy Note 3 was able to be rooted? Was it like 8 months, or am I mistaken?

Root is anyone's guess - if the source code is released, it can be rooted pre-release. I doubt that will be the case, and yes different carriers sometimes lock things down in different ways. The N3 was rooted very quickly. I believe I was rooted the day I got it or very shortly thereafter. I have too many things I use root for (mainly backing up and moving apps to the new device WITH app data) so I will likely wait until the N4 is rooted before upgrading.
