internet access code

I let my niece, age 9, play with my droid incredible. her mother does not want her to use the internet, so i was wondering, is there an app that will install a security code that must be presented before one can access the internet, this way she can't accidentally get to the internet ??

You can get an APN changer widget/app that makes the internet inaccessible. As for the Wi-Fi, put a password on the hotspot.

You could switch off WiFi and Mobile data, that way you could still use as a phone, but you wouldn't be able to connect to the internet.

Get an app like App Protector Pro and configure it to block the browser app.

im not sure if one exists but im also pretty sure that u could make your own fairly easily with app inventor. ill have a go at it tomorrow and send it to you if i can figure it out.
