I have to block internet on Android tablet except one website so Is there any APP which can block internet on Android Tablet ???

There is an app called Droid Wall, it can block internet access but requires root:

I have Connection Manager, a tiny widget, on my main screen, just to turn off data and keep the juice down...

This is just a simple widget to disable your mobile internet connection.

Don't know the details of what you are trying to accomplish here.

But if you are referring to blocking on your home network, a solution that is not device specific (or an app) is Open DNS.

This works on your router and can block any device from going to any website, by url, time, etc. Because it works at the router it is a good gateway control.
