Help internet connection problem

After I reset my phone into its original settings, my application such as whatsapp,viber,wechat,instagram and etc cannot connect to the internet. On the other hand, there are internet connection when I use the Web or the opera mini.

It's always a good idea to go into the Application Manager and do a cache and data clearing on apps and widgets prior to and following a factory data reset. It seems strange to have to do that, but sometimes remnants and artifact data will survive the reset and cause issues.

I even remove all 3rd party apps (apps and widgets downloaded and installed from Play Store, etc) after clearing cache and data then do the FDR, then I go in and see if any data is remaining and clear it out upon restoring from backup, one app at a time. Doing that helps insure no problems are being imported back into the device via the restore from backup.

You could also have a partial data connection issue. That is often remedied by removing then putting back in the SIM card, sd card and battery (not familiar with the sola.. is the battery removable on that device?).

it could also be that you have the WAP settings instead of Internet settings on your phone. This is quite common but you would need to speak with your network provider to confirm.
