Help INTERNET MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABLE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 9

Has anyone had this yet? I think I had it with my Note 8. If I remember the only way to fix was either I reset to factory defaults, or, was there a software patch that fixed it from Samsung? I really don't want to reset I just got everything where I want it. Oh, and by the way, it happens only at work, at home and everywhere else it's fine. Older wifi at work possibly? Any help appreciated.

Where are you located? I am on the internet now, on my Note9.

Could be the WiFi router at work is misbehaving? Maybe it needs rebooting. Also could be the new Note9 needs to be authorised by the work network admin, like its MAC address needs to be registered before access is allowed.

How do you connect to your work WiFi? Is it a general WiFi network where all the staff use a common login name/password or are you given your own specific login I.D./password?
What happens when you do try to login? Is there any kind of error message, or does your Note show it's connected to the network but you're just not getting any online access?
