Internet problems

Does anyone know what this is? The pc is running very slow and the guy uses it to download movies from a torrent site.

I have already told him the risk that comes with that. Thanks everyone.

Not a clue, I'd just wipe it and re-install, it's often quicker. Or even better install Linux on the thing, especially given what he's doing. And tell him again to stop stealing movies.

What is that screenshot of anyway, some sort of networking diagnostics tool? And it's showing that NAT and port forwarding is failing on port 49001? That could be a firewall or the router doing that.
