Internet website compatability issue

Android community,

I have a fairly important and time sensitive issue. While trying to view messages on the AAMC Eras website, where you receive residency interviews and accept them, I am unable to open my messages (its similar to getting PMs in a forum). On my laptop the messages show with a subject and envelope icon, however on my phone i only see an icon without a subject title and touching the messages does not open them. I tried firefox, samsung, dolphin, bluesafari, and other browsers with no help. The messages that i receive are extremely time sensitive and being unable to open them and reply quickly could cost a residency position, especially while on a long call at the hospital where no laptop is near.

Does anyone have a solution? Some way to make my phone compatible??

Thanks

Kolme

Have you tried using a Tablet?

the larger screen might be of help...
I can readily appreciate your position, and hope that someone comes up with a solution for you.

My solution was a satchel that carries a very thin full fledged laptop....
I get a beep on the phone, whip out the laptop, and answer the PM/message.

My laptop has Linux on it, seems to be the fastest way for me to get going...
the old Win8.1 was just too slow for me. I wiped it off and installed Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon desktop, it looks and acts like Windows.

I am using that laptop right now on this message.

I have it set up so that closing the lid just puts it to sleep.
Near instant wakeup and Internet availability.

Best Buy has some very thin laptops that you can grab up right now, they will be in Windows 10 of course, but you can install "Classic Shell" and make it look and run like Win7.

that would be the fastest and easiest way to get your house in order...
I went and looked at that website right up until it asked me to log in...

didn't know if they would allow an electronics tech to look at the website just to "help out a friend".

well, tried to register anyway, and it won't let me in
