Root interrupted OTA upgrade; anyone know where the file is?

I'm rooted, VZW S5, on 4.4.2, and want to stay here. I recently had to do a factory reset, and forgot to freeze via TiBU the upgrade files. Fortunately, I caught the upgrade download before it finished (89%!); I've frozen the 2 upgrade files, but would like to delete (if necessary), but can't find it. any suggestions? tia, RA
