Hi, Max here,
Thought I was already registered here but I guess I forgot my sign in. I'm a bit of a pc geek, have played around with Linux so I'm familiar with the directory structure, but the hardware seems to be a bit of a challenge. My main purpose today is to find an older android phone that has Chinese language by default and is solid. I'm giving it to my mom and don't want her to have to deal with buggy operations.

I know there are some phones that you can root and set chinese to the default language if it helps.
