Introduction to android forums

Hi my dear friends,
I am Ramaswamy Natesan, aged arround 75, worked in Tata Motors ( ex. Telco) as Manager in Machine Toos Division, Pune, Maharashtra, now living in Dharmapuri, Tamilnadu.
I hit upon this site when i was looking for rooting my SGA s6802. I have collected following files online for this.
1. update_www .... go.info.zip For rooting
2. cm-10.1-20...-cooper.zip For flashing this rom.
3. unroot.zip For coming back if somthing goes wrong.
4. A root checker app. For checking the status of rooting.

Now can I proceed with rooting and flashing the new rom? If some one can go through this and help me I will be thankful. Thank you, here I am ..... R.Natesan.

Hi Ramaswamy and Welcome to Android Forums.

Your missing a TWRP or CWM Recovery and a Stock recovery image.
But some device support have stock firmware image to return to stock,Which in turns put stock rom and recovery back on the device.
But TWRP or CWM are to flash a custom rom and to do backups too.
